BillPro™ is a software platform designed to support Medi-Cal denial management efforts. The system is a data aggregator that allows billing and follow-up staff to accomplish more tasks in significantly less time when compared to conventional processes. BillPro™ eliminates much of the need to use the Medi-Cal website. Over 150 hospitals and providers in the State of California are subscribers. Several clients have told us that using BillPro has increased their efficiency by a factor of four.

Designed originally for in-house use, customers frequently inquired about Novus’ ability to complete follow-up on accounts so accurately and efficiently. There was clearly a demand for the tools in the BillPro™ platform, so Novus began offering it on a subscription basis. Since that time, word of mouth has been a primary driver in the growth of the software’s user base. Client retention is near 100%. New features are added regularly, often inspired by customer requests.
